The short version: this extension collects nothing. It has no server, no account, no analytics and no telemetry. Everything it does happens inside your own browser tab, and the files it produces are saved directly to your own computer.

1. What we collect

Nothing. The extension does not collect, transmit, sell, rent or share any data about you or your browsing. Specifically, none of the following are collected:

Personally identifiable information (name, address, email, age, ID numbers)
Health information
Financial or payment information
Authentication information (passwords, credentials, security questions, PINs)
Personal communications (emails, messages)
Location data
Web history
User activity (clicks, mouse position, scroll, keystroke logging)
Website content beyond what is described in section 2 below, which never leaves your device

2. What the extension does on the page

When you click its button on a Pinterest page, the extension:

Scrolls the page and reads the image URLs of the pins that appear, entirely in the page's memory;
Requests those images (and, for video pins, the video file) directly from Pinterest's own servers — pinimg.com and the Pinterest page you already have open;
Assembles the results into a ZIP archive inside the tab, and saves it to your computer through your browser's normal download or "save file" dialog.

Those URLs and files exist only in the tab's memory for the duration of the download and are discarded when it finishes. They are never uploaded anywhere. The developer never sees them.

3. Local settings

Your choices in the panel — the Images / Videos / Deep scan checkboxes, the "Max pins" number and the Quality setting — are stored in your browser's own localStorage so the panel remembers them next time. They stay on your device, are not synced, and are removed when you clear your browser data or uninstall the extension.

4. Permissions and why they exist

Permission	Why it is needed
`host_permissions`: `://.pinimg.com/*`	Pinterest serves every pin image and video from its `pinimg.com` CDN. Read access to that domain is what lets the extension fetch the full-resolution file for each pin. It is used only to download the pins you asked for.
Content script on Pinterest domains	Draws the download panel on the page and reads the pin image URLs from it. It runs only on Pinterest addresses and on no other website.

The extension requests no other permissions. It has no access to your other tabs, your browsing history, your bookmarks, your cookies or any non-Pinterest site.

5. Third parties

There are none. No analytics provider, no advertising network, no crash reporter, no external API and no remotely hosted code. The only network requests the extension makes are to Pinterest itself, to fetch the pins you chose to download. Your existing Pinterest login session is used for those requests exactly as it would be if you clicked each pin yourself; the extension never reads, stores or transmits your Pinterest password or session cookie.

6. Children

The extension is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone, including children.

7. Changes to this policy

If a future version of the extension ever changes how data is handled, this page will be updated and the "last updated" date above changed before that version is published.

Pins you download remain the work of the people who created them. This extension is a tool for saving material for your own personal use; you are responsible for how you use what you download, including respecting the copyright of the original creators and Pinterest's own terms of service.
