Questions, bug reports and feature requests all reach the person who builds the tools. There is no ticket queue and no bot.
The fastest way to reach us is email: [email protected]. We read everything and usually reply within two to three working days.
There is no contact form on this page on purpose — a form would mean collecting and storing your details on a server, which is the opposite of how the rest of the site works. Email keeps the exchange between you and us.
What to include
- Bug reports: which tool, what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. Your browser and device help a lot.
- Wrong output: the settings you used and the size or format you needed. Please do not email us the file itself — we do not want it, and describing it is enough.
- Feature or preset requests: tell us the exact specification the form or portal is demanding, including the size in pixels or KB.
- Privacy questions: anything about how files are handled. See the privacy policy first — it may already answer you.
- Business enquiries: advertising, partnerships or press.
Before you write about a broken result
Two things account for most reports. If a compression target could not be met, the file simply may not be reducible that far without wrecking it — the tool tells you when it returns the smallest it could manage. And if an image will not open after conversion, check that the target format actually supports what you need, such as transparency, which JPG does not.
If neither applies, please do write in. A tool producing a wrong result is a bug worth fixing.
